What kinds of events does MWAB perform at?
MWAB performs across private celebrations, luxury weddings, destination events, brand and corporate experiences, clubs, festivals, curated nightlife, and live showcases. The right format is shaped around the room, audience, brief, and production conditions.
What should I include in a booking enquiry?
Start with the event date, city or venue, occasion, expected guest count, approximate timings, and the experience you want people to remember. If you have a planner, production partner, or a preferred way to be contacted, include that too. The more context you share, the more precise the first response can be.
Is a date held once I enquire?
No. An enquiry starts a conversation; it does not reserve a date. Availability and a hold, where appropriate, are confirmed only in writing through the agreed booking process.
How is the performance fee decided?
The commercial proposal reflects the event date, location, performance format, set length, travel, production requirements, creative scope, and other practical details. A fee is shared after the brief has enough context to be assessed properly.
Can MWAB perform outside Delhi or internationally?
Yes. MWAB is based in Delhi and performs across India and internationally, subject to availability, travel feasibility, production needs, and the terms agreed for the event.
Can the music be tailored to our audience?
Yes. The musical direction is built around the audience, occasion, cultural context, energy arc, and agreed brief. Specific requests are considered as part of that conversation while preserving the flow of the live experience.
Can you help with sound, lighting, or production?
Production needs are assessed event by event. Where appropriate, the brief can include technical direction, sound-engineering guidance, or coordination with the venue and production team. Any additional scope is confirmed in the event agreement.
Does MWAB also perform as an MC or host?
Live MC-style presence and hosted moments may be possible when they suit the format and are included in the agreed brief. Share the programme, language requirements, and event flow early so the right role can be assessed.
How far in advance should we get in touch?
As early as you can, especially for destination celebrations, peak wedding periods, large productions, and festival dates. If your event is closer, still reach out — availability can only be confirmed against the live calendar.
Can the performance be filmed or used in brand content?
Recording, photography, livestreaming, social content, and brand usage should be discussed before the event. Permissions, crediting, deliverables, and any commercial use are agreed in writing for the specific project.
What happens after we decide to move ahead?
The next step is a written proposal or booking agreement confirming the scope, practical requirements, commercial terms, and what each side needs to do. Your event is confirmed only after that agreed process is complete.
