Acceptance of these terms
By using mwab.club, you agree to these website terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms may be updated from time to time, and the version published here applies from its stated update date.
Website content
The site is provided for general information about MWAB – MAN WITH A BRIEFCASE, including artistic work, live performance, music, and booking enquiries. We aim to keep it accurate, but availability, event scope, travel requirements, pricing, collaborators, technical needs, and other details can change. Content on the site is not a guarantee, offer, or commitment to provide a particular service.
Enquiries and availability
Sending an enquiry, receiving a reply, or discussing an event does not reserve a date or create a booking. A date is confirmed only when the parties have completed the agreed booking process and received written confirmation. Until then, MWAB may continue to consider other enquiries for the same date.
Event-specific agreements
Each confirmed engagement is subject to its own written commercial terms. Those terms may cover the agreed performance scope, fee, payment timing, production and technical rider, travel and accommodation, client responsibilities, cancellations, rescheduling, force majeure, recording, publicity, and any other event-specific requirements. If there is a conflict, the event-specific written agreement takes priority over these website terms.
Intellectual property
The MWAB name, website design, text, images, videos, music, recordings, graphics, and other site material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and belong to MWAB, its licensors, or the relevant rights holder. You may view and share links to the site for personal or legitimate event-planning purposes. You may not copy, modify, republish, sell, exploit, or use the material commercially without prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape or reproduce its content at scale, introduce harmful code, use the site to misrepresent an affiliation with MWAB, or use it in a way that is unlawful or infringes another person's rights.
